Overview

By booking a session or using the True Touch Therapeutics website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully. These terms are intended to ensure a safe, respectful, and professional experience for everyone.

Appointments & Booking

• All appointments are scheduled through MassageBook and are confirmed upon receipt of a booking confirmation via email.
• Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session at the full scheduled rate.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who behaves in an inappropriate or disrespectful manner.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible so we can offer that time to another client.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No-shows without prior notice may be charged half of the full session rate.
• Repeated late cancellations may result in a requirement to prepay for future bookings.

Health & Safety

Your safety and wellbeing are our top priority. By booking a session, you confirm that:

• You have disclosed any relevant health conditions, injuries, or contraindications on your intake form.
• You understand that massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment.
• You will communicate openly during your session if anything feels uncomfortable.
• You will not book a session if you are feeling unwell, have a fever, or have a contagious condition.

Enhancements

Add-on enhancements such as Himalayan salt stones, hot stones, and cupping therapy are available with Therapeutic Massage sessions. Please note that cupping therapy may cause temporary skin marking, which is a normal response and typically resolves within a few days.

Some enhancements may not be suitable depending on certain health conditions. Please let your therapist know of any concerns prior to your session.

Payments

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major forms of payment through our booking platform. Prices are subject to change; current pricing is always reflected on our booking page.

Limitation of Liability

True Touch Therapeutics is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed health conditions or failure to follow post-session care recommendations. We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings on the premises.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
